The (M)other Tour Live Performance

(M)other is a one-woman show performed and directed by Beth Osnes,
MAU
Co-founder.
The show explores what it might take for the mothers of one country to authentically care about the mothers and children of another country. The show's opening describes a fictional program, called "Baby Swapping," created by the United Nations to generate care for the world's children.... What follows is an intimate look at one of the mother's experiences and her eventual realization of her interconnectedness with these other mothers, their children, and their nations.
The (M)other Tour performance strives to "create a global community of Mothers,
challenge limiting stereotypes of mothers that hinder civic participation, and

The performance will be at Hot Mama Espresso Bar located at 2401 East 6th Street and a $10 donation is requested at the door.
