The traditional UT Orange-White game will host a few pre-game festivities at the
2008 Spring Jamboree FanFest
.
Sponsored by Time Warner Cable, the festvities will start at 10:00am and include carnival games and inflatables. The first 3,000 fans get a free mini-football.
Aunty E's performance will be 10:30-11:30. Her performance will be followed by an autograph session. The entire event, which is free, will be located in Lot 70 (Parking lot south of Mike A. Myers Stadium)
Biscuit Brothers CD Release Party
Wednesday, April 2nd 6:00pm
The Biscuit Brothers are celebrating the realease of their new CD, "Musical Farm",
with a launch party and free concert at Central Market (4001 N. Lamar). The Biscuits will start with a CD signing party at 4:30 and will take the stage with the band, Gravy, at 6:00PM.

www.MomsNextMove.com, a new website created by two local women, is based on the concepts discussed in Monica Samuels’ and J.C. Conklin’s successful 2006 book, Comeback Moms (Doubleday). The site aims to educate women across the country in successfully leaving and then returning to the workforce. This networking site will include a newsletter, blog, and forums where women can share their ideas and experiences. The goal is to establish a dialogue which will change the shape of the American workforce in the future.
