Bring the whole family and enjoy a variety of entertainment, activities and educational seminars. Workshops by doctors include: "Immunizations for your Child","Weight Gain, Exercise and Nutrition during Pregnancy", "Early Childhood Nutrition", "Planning your Birth","Breast Feeding Education", and "Maintaining a Healthy Back during Pregnancy". Other fun activities include:a climbing wall, Beary Cute Stuffables Workshop, face painting and balloon animals from Kiwi the Clown, pregnancy and chair massages, product sampling and giveaways from local vendors. Baby Scoop's Birthday Party!

Baby Scoop Austin is celebrating its one year birthday at Wee! This Just in..more hot items have been added to the giveaway line-up including a Cross Town clutch by Petunia Pickle Bottom! Join us for a birthday party at Austin’s hip downtown baby boutique, Wee. We will kick-off the party with morning store time at 10:30, followed by a 12:30 appearance by Austin’s famous birthday party clown, DoodleBug. She will be handing out her one-of-kind balloon animal creations! After naptime, bring the babies for a 3:30 performance by Staci Gray, one of Austin’s favorite children’s music performers. Then at 5:00, join us for a mommy happy hour as we toast our one-year milestone! Gourmet cupcakes provided by Stardust Pastry,as well as delectable treats, refreshing drinks, and kiddie snacks will be served all day. Of course, we wouldn’t throw a birthday party without fabulous party favors and giveaways! Each guest will receive a posh designer fabric bag by Dwell Studio with goodies tucked inside. Register to win a photo package valued over $600 from J.Bell, one of Austin’s premier children’s photographers. Wee will also have drawings for merchandise giveaways throughout the day plus shoppers will receive a 15% discount on everything in the store (excluding special orders). Event for Expecting and New Mamas! Seton Baby Shower

Saturday November 15th 9am-2pm
Please join us to celebrate the completion of Seton Medical Center Austin’s new five-story expansion, including 30 new maternity rooms. This free event gives expecting moms and new parents the chance to see the state-of-the-art facility and celebrate the arrival of their bundle of joy! Guests will be "showered" with informatin as they enjoy baby and maternity product demos, education seminars, and tours. There will also be over 45 local baby-friendly businesses on site, including Baby Scoop Austin, to support expecting parents with information, ideas, and products for infants and new parents. There will also be kid friendly activities, great door prizes, and yummy food to curb those cravings. Seton Medical Center Austin is located at 1201 W. 38th Street.
